With over 3 years real estate experience in the DFW area, Karli Michael’s past property sales spanned from Longview and Marshall to Weatherford and beyond. Her professional background includes successfully completing complicated transactions such as a large Equestrian Center with 10 investors. She is also well-versed in selling land tracts, high-end homes, or cookie-cutter homes in planned subdivisions. Working toward 2 extra real estate certifications, Karli continues to level up by going above and beyond with additional training. Soon she’ll hold Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Certification and be a certified Real Estate Negotiator.
Living smack dab in the middle of Hopkins County with her family, Karli raises Longhorns with her husband and children on their 20-acre ranch. She also looks forward to working with new clients in rural North East Texas and is ready to put her expertise to work for them.
